After you click the “Try It Free” tab-button at the top of www.SendingCards123.com, and fill out your information to get your own Free Gift Account, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from your Card Coach with a link to an online tutorial to walk you step-by-step through using this system to send greeting cards from your computer. You must click this link in the e-mail to complete the process of getting your Free Gift Account.
In this video, I have already logged into a Free Gift Account and I’ll be showing you how easy it is to select a card from the Online Catalog.
When you login to the system, you will see the “Card Manager Main Menu”.
If it is the first time you are logging into your account, you want to make sure your “Personal Info”, located here on the right, is correct and capitalized correctly because this will be used as the return address on your card’s envelope. If you need to change it, just click on the “Edit Personal Info” button.
To select a card, click on “Card Catalog” and this will display all of the different categories of greeting cards available. After you click on your category of choice, you will be taken to that section and a drop-down menu with sub-categories will appear for more specific options.
As you browse the Greeting Card Catalog, you can click on “Larger Preview” to see your card in a larger format, or you can just double click on the thumb-nail picture of the card itself.
Once you find the card you want to send, just click one of the “Create Card” icons under the thumb-nail picture of the card. There are 3 types of cards that you can send: postcards, standard 2-panel cards, and large 3-panel cards.
The system works on a "points" basis. Postcards are 1 point, 2-panel cards are 2 points, and you guessed it, 3-panel cards are 3 points. You can add digital pictures to your card for 1 additional point. Each point equals 49¢, which means you can send a beautiful 2-panel greeting card for only 98¢!
When you open your Free Sample Gift Account for the first time, you will see that your Card Coach has funded it with 4 points and 52 US¢. This is enough to send a 3-panel card with a digital picture and first-class postage anywhere in the US or Canada.
Once you have picked the type of card you want to send, and clicked on one of the icons, the inside of the card will then be displayed.
