Q.  Do you have a discount for large quanity users?
A.  Yes, a Wholesale Customer package plan is available.
 
 
Q.  Can I send a greeting cards and postcards outside the United States?
A.  Yes, you can send a card anywhere in the world depending on the package.  The appropriate postage will be calculated by the computer program, so you just have to be sure you have enough in your Expense Account to cover the postage.  Cards sent to Canada are mailed from Canada with First-Class Canadian Postage.
Q.  Can I import my current contacts list into the Contact Manager?
A.  Yes, you can import from any program that can make a Tab-delimted Text File
Q.  Can I export my contacts list from the Send Out Cards Contact Manager?
A.  Yes, you can export any portion of your contact list.
Q.  Can I create Custom Cards?
A.  Yes, with any account you can customize the inside of any card.  You can also customize the front of the card with a one-time upgrade of your system.  We can also do custom work for you if you need that done.
 
 
Q.  How do I sign my card?
A.  If you do not have a custom Signature, you just type your Signature like you would in an E-Card.  With an optional custom signature, you just select to add your signature to the card.
Q.  How can I get a Custom Font and/or Signature?
A.  They are free with some packages, or you can add a set of 4 Signatures and 1 custom Font for a one-time fee of $49, or add 4 Signatures only for $25.
Q.  How do I get help if I need it?
A.  There are 3 ways for you to get help.
1.  There are online tutorial help files, movies, and webinars to help you.
2.  Your Card Coach and is available to help you personally.
3.  The Corporate Customer Support Line is available during normal business hours, Mountain Standard Time.
Q.  Can I add my own inserts to cards?
A.  We do not offer the service of allowing for personal inserts to be added to individual greeting cards, however we do have gifts and gift cards available to add to your cards additional fee.
