- Q. How much does it cost?
- A. There are many levels of users, but you
can use all the standard features for as little as $25 per year plus
Points (49˘ each)
and postage. Optional features require a package purchase or upgrade.
An annual account is only $25 a year, comes with 20 points and enough money in your expense account for 10 First Class US Stamps.
The annual account fee is waved if you choose a Monthly Auto-Order Package.
A postcard costs 1 point plus 1 First Class Stamp, i.e. 49 US˘ plus 1 First Class Stamp.
A standard 2-panel folded card is 2 points plus 1 First Class Stamp, i.e. 98 US˘ plus 1 First Class Stamp.
A 3-panel folded card is 3 points plus 1 First Class Stamp, i.e. US$1.47 plus 1 First Class Stamp.
Add digitial pictures to any postcard or greeting card for just 1 additional point.

- Q. What is an "auto-ship" or "auto-order"?
- A. An Auto-Order is a monthly standing order that is automatically charged to your credit card. Your Auto-Order will be placed every month around the same business day of each month.
- Q. What is the minimum monthly auto-order?
- A. The minimum auto-ship for a retail customer is $9.80 (20 points).
- Q. Do you have a discount for large quanity users?
- A. Yes, a Wholesale Customer package plan is available.
- Q. Does a Wholesale Customer have to be on an auto-ship?
- A. With a monthly auto-order and a Wholesale Account you can purchase points at the wholesale rate of 31˘ per point. To receive the wholesale discount, Wholesale Customers are required to be on a monthly auto-order (auto-ship). If a Wholesale customer decides to cancel their monthly auto-order, there is a six-month waiting period enabled before they can sign up for auto-ship again and receive the wholesale point price.
- Q. Can I send a greeting cards and postcards outside the United States?
- A. Yes, you can send a card anywhere in the world. The appropriate postage will be calculated by the computer program, so you just have to be sure you have enough in your Expense Account to cover the postage. Cards sent to Canada are mailed from Canada with First-Class Canadian Postage.
- Q. Can I import my current contacts list into the Contact Manager?
- A. Yes, you can import from any program that can make a Tab-delimted Text File
- Q. Can I export my contacts list from the Send Out Cards Contact Manager?
- A. Yes, you can export any portion of your contact list.
- Q. Can I create Custom Cards?
- A. Yes, with any account you can customize the inside of any card. You can also customize the front of the card with a one-time upgrade of your system. We can also do custom work for you if you need that done.
- Q. How do I sign my card?
- A. If you do not have a custom Signature, you just type your Signature like you would in an E-Card. With an optional custom signature, you just select to add your signature to the card.
- Q. How can I get a Custom Font and/or Signature?
- A. They are free with some packages, or you can add a set of 4 Signatures and 1 custom Font for a one-time fee of $49, or add 4 Signatures only for $25.

- A. There are 3 ways for you to get help.

- A. We do not offer the service of allowing for personal inserts to be added to individual greeting cards, however we do have gifts and gift cards available to add to your cards additional fee.
